Cat furniture cannot be shipped to APO/PO box addresses. Failure to provide a valid street address will delay your order.

How and when will my order ship?

Please be advised that some spam filters/blockers may prevent or delay your order and/or shipment confirmation emails and/or prevent us from communicating with you about your order. Please check your spam and junk mail folders in the event that you haven't received your order and/or shipping confirmation.

Armarkat cat furniture ships Monday thru Thursday (excluding holidays) via UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships (usually 1-3 business days after your order is placed).

Most Molly & Friends cat furniture ships fully assembled via truck. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. Please note that all Molly & Friends cat furniture is custom made to your specifications and usually takes 3-5 business days from time of order to ship. For orders that ship by truck, the trucking company will call to set a delivery date. Also note that someone will need to be present for the delivery.

Most Pussicat premium cat furniture ships via Fedex Ground. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships (usually within 5-7 business days - excluding holidays) of when your order is placed.

Most pet toy orders ship via USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. Pet toy orders usually ship 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) after your order is placed.

Most other non-furniture items (beds, mats, etc.) ship either UPS or USPS depending on size and/or location. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships (usually 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) after your order is placed).

Transit Times:

Regardless of how your order ships, delivery time can vary greatly depending on a number of factors. Generally speaking, most orders should arrive within 2-6 days (excluding holidays and weekends) after shipment is made. Also, please remember to allow extra transit time during major holidays when shipping carriers are experiencing increased demand.

Orders that ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS will usually arrive 2-5 business days (excluding holidays) after shipment is made.

Orders that ship via TRUCK (see above) vary and usually arrive 3-6 business days (excluding holidays) after shipment is made.

Sales Tax:

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to Kentucky, USA.
